Most photographers are familiar with Sunbounce products. I wanted to unleash the power of Sunbounce and demonstrate the unusual, but common functionalities which are mostly known among professionals. I love using natural light and Sunbounce reflectors gives me a perfect balance between beauty and performance.
The offer to produce a video for a Sunbounce campaign could not have come at a better time. I now own quite a few reflectors, gold, white, gray, silver and zebra that Sunbounce sent me for the production. (I have not told them yet that I am not shipping them back!)
Santorini is the ultimate playground for photographers and their beautiful creatures, courtesy of the Aegean Gods, is the Greek island of Santorini where I shot this campaign for Hensel and Chimera lighting. It's in this exquisite paradise you will experience wonders found nowhere else in the world. Santorini is the true gateway to the heart of any photographer or editor.
If there is one place on earth revered by pretty much all photographers and art directors in the industry, Santorini would rank at the top of a very short list. I have travelled to Santorini and created some of the most breathtaking campaigns and pictorials. I can’t wait to return to this beautiful place and create more visual masterpieces and of course the indispensable help of a few Greek Gods by our side.
One of the key elements in this production besides the location was the custom made BOW and the hat.

This was a great joined shoot with a colleague of mine Dr. Dan. Model Brittany Oldehoff (Miss Florida), also a popular fashion model who assured cutting edge looks throughout the day. This pictorial was a launch pad for Dr. Dan and his new era in his photography career. Only when success is achieved is when we know we have done something good!
The Miami Beach Polo World Cup brings the “sport of kings” to the shores of South Beach for three days every year during November. First held in 2005, the event features an international lineup of competition, with polo teams coming from as far away as Argentina, Brazil and Germany to compete for the La Martina Trophy.
All Miami Beach Polo World Cup polo matches are held directly on the beach— making the South Florida polo tournament “the world's largest and most prestigious Polo Tournament on the Beach.” The beachside competition is between 20th and 22nd Streets, near The Setai, a South Beach luxury hotel located in the Art Deco district of Miami Beach. More than 10,000 people attend the event over four days each year.
